Best Western All Inclusive Resort • Jacó

I stayed at the Jaco Best Western All Inclusive and had a good experience — especially for a 3-star hotel. The property is clean, well-maintained, and offers a comfortable stay with a range of amenities. The all-inclusive package provided good value, with a variety of food options and drinks available throughout the day. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the beach area was pleasant and relaxing. While it’s not a luxury resort, it offers solid service and a relaxed atmosphere — perfect for a laid-back vacation. I’d recommend it for travelers looking for a reliable, no-frills all-inclusive experience.

The rooms at this Best Western were old and worn. The beds were as hard as a rock--very uncomfortable! Shower water was cold. The all inclusive nature was great and food was delicious! LOUD music started at 8pm and went until midnight every night making it impossible to sleep. There was no sound insulation to the rooms. It would be a good place for a young family because the water activities, games and platground were nice. Just ask for a room that faces away from the pool if you want to sleep before midnight.

I took the aerobics class from Ashley Ponce and it was fantastic. This is exactly what I needed. I am 70 and traveling alone. I was afraid that this hotel didn’t have anything for me because it’s family oriented. I enjoyed seeing the children having fun, but I was especially delighted to see that Best Western offers daily aerobic exercises in the pool. Ashley’s classes are the very best. Thank you for offering healthy beneficial services for everyone.
