A budget favorite on a quieter side street, about a five-minute walk from the beach and the main road. Rooms are simple but very clean, with comfortable beds, A/C, working WiFi, and secure doors, locks, and fenced parking. There's no hot water — showers run cool to lukewarm, which most find fine in Jaco — and the owner is responsive and helpful.

Best budget hotel. Very close to the beach. All rooms open to the outside with secure doors and locks! Secure parking within large fenced area. Beds comfortable, enough table space and towels provided. Hot water not needed in Jaco. Cool showers. It's the 4th budget hotel I looked at and it is the best!
Rooms are simple but very clean. Keep in mind there is no hot water here but it also isn't freezing cold; it's luke warm. The owner is responsive and helpful. It's a 5 min walk to the beach and to the shops on the main road. Highly recommended!
this place is great. super nice people on a quieter side street and right off the beach. rooms are small but nice. i’ve stayed here multiple times.
