About
Cautiva sits in the Jaco Walk complex, and its standout is the ribeye with rice, beans, and chimichurri that fans call out of this world; the burgers, tacos, and patacones win repeat visits too, with server Mario a favorite. Opinions split on consistency — some found dishes dry or the pace slow — so it lands best when you order the dishes it's known for.

Drinks were excellent, the food has room for improvement. Hamburgers and chicken burgers were very dry. Fries were tasteless without salt. The chicken panini was mediocre at best. Tables were wobbly, many of the chairs were too narrow. Ketchup needs to be served with fries, salt and pepper needs to be on every table. Service was very slow and the waiter had to run the credit card twice because he typed in the wrong amount. $152 for 4 people for lunch. Overpriced for what you get. There are definitely better choices for the money.
