About
Cibo makes Neapolitan-style pizza in Jacó on a sourdough crust reviewers rate among the best in the country, with mozzarella and other cheeses made in-house and toppings sourced from local farms. The Margarita and Quattro Formaggi get named most, the tiramisu is the must-order finish, and there's good wine in a cool, house-music space. Servers like Niki and Danny come up by name.

This is a really recommend place to go to. The food is very nice. We ordered a margarita pizza and tiramisu and they were both amazing 🤩. The pizza was not too cheesy and the sauce and basil were amazing. The tiramisu on the mani said must try and I say they the menu is so right. Everything was made fresh. Something that really surprised me was that in the bathroom, when you wash your hands you get actual fresh towels that no one has ever used. Our server Niki was very nice and sweet to us. She understood that we did not eat meat and she said that she liked Indian languages. The service was great. The food was made quickly and tasted so so so good. The atmosphere is also really nice. They played music a little loud but you were able to talk and enjoy the vibe. This is a must try on your trip to Costa Rica.
I cannot say enough good things about Cibo! We stumbled upon this restaurant on our last night in Jaco and were delighted to find incredible, world class Neapolitan pizza and amazing service. They have great wine, a very cool space, and some of the friendliest folks working that we’ve met in Jaco. Danny in particular was so kind and took very good care of us. I highly recommend the Quattro Formaggi pizza and the Cabernet Sauvignon from Ontario!
Had a great time dining here. This place has really amazing vibe. Such a sweet host they are. Their pizza(we tried margarita pizza as a vegetarian) was delicious and just impressive. Wine options were all likely. Niki who served us was very sweet and lovely. She explained us everything well with the questions we asked. Food reached our table in very less time and tasted satisfying. Glad we chose this place. I would recommend this place if you are in this area and I am sure you will like it. I must mention that their tiramisu was great too..
