I'm writing this 5 star review for Michelle Rodriguez, who is our real estate agent. From the moment we met her, we felt comfortable and confident in her care. We did speak with a couple of other real estate agents at different companies, but they seemed a little over-eager to simply sell something. We never felt that with Michelle. She was never pushy; she was genuinely curious about us as people and wanted us to find something that was a good fit. That's why we chose her, among many other reasons. We appreciated that she is a local, and has so much knowledge and enthusiasm for Jaco. As our agent, she is professional, punctual, thorough, and considerate. Her communication is excellent, and we always receive prompt replies to our (many!) questions. She explained things with a lot of clarity. The process of looking at and buying property as a foreigner is a little daunting, but Michelle said to me, "Don't worry, I will be with you every step of the way."
