Costa Rica Dream Makers

I just got back from Jaco Bay, in Costa Rica. My sisters and I planned this vacation for over a year. I talked to Estella from Dream Makers to get help for directions to Jaco Bay and she did and we appreciated it. When we got inside the room, my sister noticed her bed was hard as a rock. I told Esella (from Dream Makers) and another person about it and no one did anything about it. So my two sisters stayed in the same room. We had two other issues (the refrigerator and the shower) and the maintenance guy came by and helped us out with both of those issues. Nice guy. We saw three cockroaches. My sister killed one of them. In the smaller bathroom the shower curtain didn’t go all the way to the floor and it’s a stand up shower. So while taking a shower water got on the floor, so my sisters wiped it up with a towel. So two days later, after I got home, I received a email from Dream Makers saying that they took $50.49 for WHITE rags, hand towels, and towels. Here are some of the pictures they sent me of the towels. It called bleach, this is ridiculous…. Another thing make sure you get receipts for your activities (my one sister paid a different amount when she paid with a card) and write all the details down for your activities, they need to work on that too….

My husband and I are in week 1 of 4 weeks. Dream Makers are truly a dream! Brandon went with us to the condo to make sure everything looked good and was in working order They also arranged excursions, transfers and recommendations. They are immediate with their response to minor issues. We would highly recommend The Palms unit 701 and Dream Makers! Pura Vida!!

We used their services to plan transportation and excursions while visiting Costa Rica. They work with TAN, and the were phenomenal. Even with my millions of questions they where always patient and polite. We didn't need to worry about a thing. Our transportation was always on time and the drivers were very nice. The drivers vehicles were clean and smelled pleasant. They made sure our lunch and or snacks were included on most of our outing and let us know exactly what we would need and what to expect. We plan to come back soon and definitely will be using them to plan our adventures.
