Economic pharmacy

1 star. I had a really disappointing experience at Farmacia La Económica (Jaco Centro). They sold me whey protein powder, but when I came back right away to exchange it (not refund), they refused. I explained that I can’t tolerate lactose and whey isn’t something I can use, and the staff were dismissive—one person literally turned away mid-conversation. No effort to help, no basic customer service. I was told it is not milk based, I used google photo translate to discover they were deceptive. Beware of false advertising and promises—what you’re told at purchase did not match how they handled the issue afterward. I would not come here again.
