My husband and I were looking to rent bikes for a half day and came upon this shop. They advertise a waterfall tour and we decided to rent them for the whole day as well as booked the tour for the next day. Gary was amazing. He explained everything so well and the e-bikes worked flawless. We were able to ride them to Playa Hermosa and watch the surfing competition and didn’t need an uber. The ride back was in the dark and the bikes have headlamps so we were good. We were able to park them at the hotel overnight and brought the batteries in to charge overnight. The next morning, we met our tour guide for the waterfall tour and it was the funnest part of our trip. We rode the e-bikes about 10 miles round trip and hiked for about 6 miles round trip. It included Lunch at the most beautiful restaurant and the food was phenomenal. We couldn’t have asked for a better day, better tour guides, etc. for our anniversary. If renting bikes is something you want to do, go see Gary here!! It’s the funnest way to get around this area.

Awesome business and super friendly staff! They provided top tier service and have top tier e-bikes to get around town. Really wish I knew about it sooner, but it was good for my last few days. Highly recommend for getting around Jaco, affordable and made getting around SO MUCH EASIER. Big shout out to the beautiful Dulce for recommending a reggae concert for one of the nights I was there. Also got to meet the owner Gary at the same concert, just lovely people all around. Made my experience all the more better. Thank y'all so much and Pura Vida! ✌🏽 💜

Excellent service and quality e-bikes. Owner and staff were great to work with and always very kind and professional. Dulce stayed on top of things and was very helpful throughout the process. Great company to use and highly recommended! Can’t wait to get back and try their new line of upgraded vehicles! 5 stars!!
