About
An unassuming exterior gives way to a gated, quiet property built around a standout pool and pool bar, with a welcoming host and secure parking behind the gate. It's spacious enough that large groups can each get their own bedroom, and it's an easy walk to Cocal and downtown Jaco. Clean, calm, and well-stocked; some earlier guests noted the bar and restaurant were still being finished.

We ended up here after our car broke down. The exterior wasn't welcoming but inside the gate it is beautiful. The rooms were comfortable and I slept great. The gentleman who greeted us (after 10 pm) was just so kind and welcoming
We were trapped in traffic for 7 hours due to the derumbes on Ruta 34. We were fortunate to contact Havana Jaco and get a suite for the night. The street was scary as was the secured parking area, but we were pleasantly surprised by the lovely pool, newly finished accommodations and our host Jorge behid the secured gate. The rooms were clean although lacking coffee maker, cups and glasses. Bar and restaurant were not completed but was a pleasant stay with no traffic noise.
Amazing Location and Huge Property.. We just hosted a 15 Man Bachelor Party here and Everyone had their own Bedroom.. its only 4 blocks to Cocal Casino and Downtown Jaco so we just walked into town every night and had a Blast.. Great Staff and Service also.. we got the All Inclusive Packaging and it was Perfect for the weekend so we didn't have to cook for the Group..
