Hotel & Restaurant Oz

If my life depended on staying here for 1 night, I’d rather die. We booked our room on Expedia thinking we were in for a nice quiet stay at a quality hotel. We were sorely mistaken. We received a room that was out dated and didn’t look like the images online even remotely. The huge pool that was imaged online was under construction and being used as a storage facility. The “sports bar” is closer to a night club with music so loud it was shaking our room that was directly above. When we approached the management team to receive our deposit and money for the 3 nights stay we were told a refund was not possible. They did move us to a renovated room but that was not enough to make up for the lack of comfort and amenities promised to us online. This is not a hotel, it is an overpriced nightclub.

Music So loud it shakes the entire room, this is not a hotel room or sports bar. This is a nightclub with outdated rooms above it. Not at all how it is advertised through Expedia. Got denied a refund and didn’t even stay one night. Rude manager. Not worth the price you pay at all. Will never be returning here. Not even for a it’s to eat…

I’ve been visiting Jaco for 8 years. This place is great with such amazing service and employees. It just gets better and better each time I visit. New security and staff additions have truly impressed me. Victor is so kind and helpful and such a great person and genuine. Danny and Bana the new security guys are excellent and will help you out in any way possible. New owner Raj is a great guy and of course the bartenders are always excellent and welcome you with open arms. You won’t regret staying here or just stopping by for some great drinks and food.
