Emmerson is the most talented chef in the Central Pacific of Costa Rica. We try to come up with excuses to hire him for private gatherings. Seriously Michelin quality.
Emerson put on a fabulous spread for 12 of us. The shrimp bruschetta appetizer was delicious, the mahi mahi main had all the right spices and sauces added to make it spectacular and what can I say about the dessert!!!! Oh man it was out of this world! Emerson not only cooked but the kitchen and dishes were done and all cleaned up. Highly recommend him!!! Thank you again Emerson!
Worthy of a Michelin star! A chef that truly loves what he does, amazing!!! Creative, excellent and very delicious!
