More likely to end up with a hospital bill than a decent work out. Literally left this place bleeding because the genius that owns this place decided to use a small square of durarock as a door stop for a glass door. Yep broken glass all over me and legs bleeding when I left. Not to mention the machines are barely holding on. Constant loud smacking as the plates from the machines break free and slam down. Most of the pins are old Allen wrenches lol. Air conditioning barely works and the place feels more like a sauna.

Great gym, has cardio machines, weights, and great areas for training. The free weight area is a bit cluttered but was fine to use. Looks like that area is being renovated.

Really enjoyed exercising at this facility every morning! Friendly and very reasonably priced!
