Jaco Party Villas

Casa 9 was the absolute best place I’ve ever stayed in Jaco. From booking thru departure Marcel and Danny worked to make sure we had the very BEST EXPERIENCE possible. No ask was either too big or little and they went above the top to get it done. Our airport transports, excursions, security and housekeeping team were second to NONE!! They were on call 24/7 with a smile. Danny our concierge could not have been a better guide and point person! We had a group of 16 and Danny truly became the 17!!! We will be back specifically because of DANNY!! We now consider him family!!! There is NO greater compliment!! We are already planning our return trip!!! If you are interested in having the best Jaco experience of your life, Jaco Party Villa HANDS DOWN!! ps…. Did I mention the best ocean, sunrise and sunset views of your life just steps from our place!!

I wanted to post this review as we had a great time in Jaco. This house is spectacular and immaculate, right on the beach with great views including incredible sunsets. The entire team was very helpful and responsive, including Jos, Anna and Marcel. Jose (our Chef) was incredible, very talented, and his great food helped make the trip memorable! My only "minor" criticism is that the two large master bedrooms on the ocean side which had walkout decks were constructed without a door on the bathroom, so although we (my wife and I) would have preferred staying in one of those rooms, we instead stayed in one of the somewhat smaller bedrooms on the street side which had a door on the bathroom. But given that you really aren't spending much time there, this isn't a big deal.

We rented the condo in Hollywood, FL. Unit 2405 two bedroom. The views are amazing, but damn, the owner neglects maintenace and cleaning. The beds also need to be replaced, you sink in to the bottom with springs jammed into your side. Your feet will turn black just from walking in the home a few feet. The showers have black mold all around the floor. The kitchen freezer is broken but the fridge works. They said they would send a cleaning crew when we were there, but they never came. Checkin time is 4pm when their website says 3pm. It’s just not managed well. I’d stay away.
