Jaco Transfers Tours & Shuttle Service

We have used Jaco Shuttle for over 10 years, approximately 15 trips with no issues. Always on-time and pick up and drop off easy, they will make stops for food/drinks at there go to places during your trip. We often stay just past Quepos near Manual Antonio national park. The private shuttle is all yours, sometimes it's just me other times we have taken a party of 6.

I used Jaco Shuttle twice in April 2025. The first ride was disappointing—they arrived over 45 minutes late to pick us up from the airport and had to stop for gas on the way, which showed a lack of preparation. After several phone calls, I was told I’d receive a $25 refund during the second ride, since both had been prepaid. A week later, for the second shuttle, they were 20 minutes late again—and the promised refund was not provided. After more back-and-forth with the owner, he claimed he would send the $25 via Venmo or PayPal. Despite multiple follow-up messages, I still haven’t received it. Out of my five trips to Costa Rica, this has been the most unreliable transportation company I’ve dealt with

Fantastic service. We booked a private shuttle with them and we were extremely impressed. The customer service is fantastic and they have great communication. They never left us hanging. We were super delayed getting out and the shuttle waited hours for us, assuring us the whole time PURA VIDA -- do not worry. They are very comfortable and have wifi on board which is a nice touch. The driver also happily made a few different stops for us as requested on the way! 10/10 recommend.
