Jaco Urgent Care

This is the best urgent care service I have visited. The staff was very friendly and attentive when I first turned up late evening. They did the triage and I waited for doctor. Dr David who saw me is amazing, he is knowable and very sure of himself and made me feel comfortable by explaining is diagnosis indetail. He provided medication as well. The centre took my travel insurance details and contacted them immediately. Thier communication was clear and to the point accurate and my travel insurance (admiral travel) worked with this facility. Overall I would say it's the best emergency care experience I have had in a long time.

I visited this walk in clinic yesterday. I was seen almost immediately. Dr Ramirez listened carefully to me, explained everything, and made me feel comfortable. He also had his staff contact my insurance company and helped me with all the paperwork so I won’t have to deal with it when I return to Canada. Today I received a follow up call from Dr Ramirez to make sure I’m feeling better. Very impressed with him. Thank you to all the staff especially Nurse Tatiana, and Virginia the office manager.

We had to go to urgent care after our daughter had an unknown allergic reaction while on vacation. We were seen so quickly and the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. Dr David was so great so friendly and sweet with our 4 year old who was understandably scared and upset. Highly recommend, especially if you have little kids.
