Good laundry service, my clothes were returned soft and clean but it was pretty expensive. 6600C for a load of laundry (washing and drying) up to 5kg. They weigh the laundry before washing so make sure your clothes are dry. Also be prepared to pay up front.

I highly recommend to not use this laundry service. It was $28 for two small loads (whites and colored). I asked her twice to call me if the stain cannot be washed out, and to make sure to not dry it. She did not listen, and when I confronted her about it, she didn’t care. It is very pricy compared to a dry cleaning service in New York.

HONEST REVIEW, DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDRY! Price is 6600 per 5kg. If it goes over by less than a kilo they try to charge you another 6600. Our bag supposedly weighed 7kg although we’ve washed the exact same clothes before and they came to 5… very suspicious. We said that another load for a few extra things was too much so the woman just pulled a load out to make it lighter. If our clothes weren’t so dirty I’d have told her to leave it. When we got them back, the stains were still there and they didn’t look washed. To add, the woman was the rudest person we’ve encountered in 3 months in Central America. Wish we had found someone else!!!
