About
A Jacó bakery locals swear by for tres leches — one traveler came back almost daily for it — plus generously filled beef and chicken empanadas, churros caramelo and some of the best cinnamon rolls around. The coffee is cheap and good, the counter moves fast, and sweet or savory, they don't skimp. Parking's tight, but there's street space along the side.

Really awesome bakery. Best empanadas( sorry for not the best pics), beef empanada was my favourite, chicken was very flavourful too. If you are looking for some good baked goods, they don’t cheap out on fillings, try this out!!
You truly can’t go wrong with anything at this bakery. Everything is very affordable, the coffee is delicious, and the service is fast and efficient. My favorites were the pan dulce y salado, churros caramelo, and the tres leches. Each one was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly paired with a simple black coffee. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re in the area!
I had one mission while in Costa Rica: Find the BEST Tres Leches Cake 🍰… AND THIS IS THE PLACE!! It was so good that I had to come here almost every day to get more! The cake was absolutely delicious and perfectly moist and sweet! Also the prices are very reasonable ($2-3 for cup of coffee!) so if you need a snack or a place for breakfast, this place is PERFECT! Highly recommend if you’re in Jaco!
