Genuine homemade gelato in Jacó with creative flavors you won't find at the other shops in town — real ingredients, no artificial coloring, and an affogato served properly in a martini glass. It sits at the higher end price-wise, so think of it as a treat-yourself stop rather than an everyday cone. Worth it for the quality.

Rebelissimo Gelato Genuino offers some really unique and creative flavors of gelato that you won’t find anywhere else in Jacó. Everything we tried was absolutely delicious and clearly made with quality ingredients. The only downside is the price — it’s definitely on the higher end compared to other spots in town. But if you’re looking to treat yourself to some top-notch, flavorful gelato, it’s worth a visit!
Ice cream is good but expensive for the area. You can tell the server hates their life. Overall that has been on par with my experience in this town regarding restaurant service.
2022-12: Best gelato of three we tried in Costa Rica and pretty good for my high gelato standards 😜 the texture and the taste were great! Staff was nice and the design is nice. We've been offered to taste some flavors before ordering.
