A beachfront restaurant in Jacó that's all about the view and the sunset — come for breakfast or lunch, or settle in for evening cocktails like the passion-fruit margarita or the house 'Cocos Magic.' The red snapper is a reliable order, and the piña coladas and micheladas go down easy with the ocean right there. Easygoing, right on the sand.

We had a wonderful experience at Coco's. Enrique our server gave super menu selections and recommended the passion fruit margaritas which were a big hit. I had red snapper which was delicious. Others had burgers, sea bass and shrimp. No one was disappointed. The entire staff was courteous and attentive. It's on the beach! So come for breakfast and lunch for the views, too.

We stopped at Cocos on the recommendation of our tattoo artist around the corner, and they did not disappoint.
