We are thrilled to have met Erika thanks to our rental in Jaco at Christmas and now for Easter. We have enjoyed our cosy apt overlooking the sea that she helped decorate with local artists. Her cleaning team delivers our rental in perfect welcoming condition, tidy, clean and with basic necessary products in bathrooms and kitchen - super helpful. Erika always comes to check on us and makes sure everything is ok during our stay. She is super responsive via text and calls and helps us with long distance taxi booking. Erika is kind, reliable, great solution finder and speaks fluent English which is helpful as our Spanish is far from being perfect. Pura Vida

Erika is AMAZING!!!! She booked us a tour with Ronald (who was fabulous) and we ended up in Del Toro - coolest beach I have ever been to and restaurant. The highlight of my trip. She has so much knowledge and was available upon every annoying WhatsApp call I made to her. I booked the condo direct with owner so she was a blessing I did not know we needed.
