Just off Jaco's busiest stretch, this is where the ceviche and the seared tuna come up over and over — fresh enough that you taste the quality in every bite. The room is refined but stays relaxed and fun, and the owners and servers like Jose are known for genuinely warm hospitality. Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Tuesday through Sunday.

This was the best meal we’ve had in Jaco. We also had the pleasure of meeting the owners who were incredibly welcoming. We had great conversations. Jose took care of us, and was incredibly attentive. I highly recommend experiencing the hospitality.
What a gem. Great drinks, food is so fresh and tastes great. The ambience is refined but fun and relaxed. Definitely a place to eat at in Jaco.
We walked to the left of the hustle and bustle and we were pleasantly surprised by Sépalo’s. Every thing was delish! The Gorgonzola skirt steak Salad & Pasta, the vegetable pasta, pizza, Ceviche! Oh and Seared Cajun Tuna. Our drinks were well crafted as well. Whole family was pleased all 6 of us from 15-50 years
