I cannot say enough amazing things about Cindy. She went above and beyond in every possible way to help us find the perfect location for our group of 9 in Jacó, Costa Rica, and her support started well before we even arrived. From scheduling airport transfers to organizing an ATV tour, a boat/deep-sea fishing trip, and even a private bus, Cindy made sure every detail was perfectly coordinated. Everything ran smoothly and stress-free, allowing our group to simply relax and enjoy the experience. Cindy also arranged golf carts, which made it incredibly easy for us to explore Jacó—whether we were heading to local restaurants, the supermarket, or just cruising around town. That convenience truly elevated our trip. Even reminded us to make sure we charged them afterwards. Her attention to small details are superb. Cindy is extraordinarily exceptional.
