The host was incredible. The first night i had an issue with my shower head and air conditioner. The very next morning i notified the host, came within a few hours with a new shower head. Unfortunately the air conditioning couldn’t be fixed that day but it was not the hosts fault. She immediately notified the maintenance person who would be servicing it, they came out the same day took a look but what he needed he couldn’t get due to the late time. the host updated me every step of the way until the issue was resolved. The area is very safe too. The guards at the property entrance verified every single time we left and came back if we belonged there via our wristband and the app QR code. I would definitely recommend this place if you’re in the Jaco area. I would even stay at other properties if the hosts has others within or outside of Costa Rica!!! The responsive is one of the things that makes a great host!!!

Marsela and Andrea were excellent hosts.They were quick to respond to our needs. Every thing was spic and span upon arrival!

Condominium with a variety of amenities, such as a pool with mountain views, ensuring a good breeze. Close to the beach and shopping in Jaco.
