My experience at Surf Synergy was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless, welcoming, and completely stress-free. You can tell how much care and intention goes into every detail. Surfing with Valeria and Miguel was such a highlight — they made it so fun and approachable, whether you’re looking to improve your skills or just enjoy being in the water. They break everything down in a way that makes it feel easy and empowering, and I always felt supported and encouraged. The meals with Korinne, Jose, and Kathleen were incredible. Every dish felt thoughtfully prepared and brought everyone together in the best way. It was such a special part of the experience to connect over amazing food after a full day. Yoga with Cata and Savannah was the perfect balance to the surf sessions. Each class was grounding, intentional, and exactly what my body needed. It truly completed the experience. The location is also amazing — you can easily ride bikes into town or down to the beach, which made everything feel accessible and relaxed. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and paradise. What really sets Surf Synergy apart is the staff. I’m so grateful for every single person there. Even those you don’t work directly with are some of the nicest, coolest, and most talented people — everyone is so gifted at what they do, and it shows. I left feeling refreshed, inspired, and already wanting to come back. Could not recommend it more

My family of four (ages: 19, 22, 56 and 58) vacationed for a week in January 2026, at SurfSynergy with other fun and interesting guests. The place is serene, beautifully designed and maintained, and ideal for people of all ages to relax and enjoy. The owners and staff are friendly, helpful and organized. Every meal was delicious and the chef accommodated my gluten-free husband and vegan son extremely well. I loved the yoga, breath work classes, massages, and sauna and cold plunges. The surfing, video analysis and surf instructors took us to the next level. Words like soul-nourishing, rejuvenating, and grounding are apt descriptors of this very special place.

A spectacularly gorgeous retreat center, lovely staff, healthy delicious food and having an individual surf coaching made it a tremendous experience. Their surf set up at the beach is brilliant and makes each surf day convenient and inviting. Loved every minute there. Thank you Surf Synergy.
