Carlos is the fixer travelers find on Jacó's main street and then hand their whole trip to — respectful and never pushy, honest, and quick to answer. Through his office you can book zip-lining, monkey-and-waterfall tours, the Tárcoles crocodile tour, Manuel Antonio, and Tortuga Island with CostaCat. Guides like Adrian know the wildlife and history. Note the waterfall tour is more of a physical hike than some expect, so ask about the terrain.

My aunt and I were in Jaco/Tarcoles area for one week and had the best time ever thanks to Carlos! Day one, he greeted us and was super sweet and trusting. He linked us up with a zip lining tour first, where everyone was very safe and nice! Helen, Danny, Gary, and Jean were all very professional! We then booked a monkey and waterfall tour, again through Carlos and this time had Adrian as a tour guide. He was awesome! He not only drove us around, but also told us some of the history of Costa Rica and the wildlife. Lastly, we did a crocodile tour, because when in Tarcoles, you HAVE to do this! Zaid and Sergio were so kind and knew every single bird in the region, they also knew everything about the crocodiles! 10/10 highly recommend this tour guide office and all of the people!
Was an amazing contact to have outside of the tours for absolutely everything. So informative and responsive to any question you may have. The tours were top tier and had the best picture opportunities. Atv’s, waterfalls, boat rides and paradise islands made my vacation once in a lifetime.
Carlos is amazing! We came upon his shop as we were headed to dinner. I planned to do all my tours using my tour app, but once I found Carlos, i let him handle it. He recommended some great excursions, including the Tortuga Island with CostaCat (highly, highly recommend). All our tours were safe, efficient and affordable. He is extremely respectful (not pushy), honest, and responsive.
