Beachfront condos at the north end of Jacó beach, next to the Crocs casino and resort, a $3 taxi or half-hour walk from downtown. Units are well-equipped with full kitchens and washer/dryers, the views are the selling point, and there's a nice pool. Since condos are individually owned, condition can vary, so it's worth confirming your specific unit — but the location and setup win guests over.

Perfect and quiet place to stay in Jaco. Lux condo in front of the sea with great views. Side to the Casino and Resort Crocs. The apartments have everything you need and comfortable.
Beautiful location, nice rooms, pretty well equipped with kitchen supplies & washer and dryer. The only negatives are a moldy smell under kitchen sink and some minor repairs needed. *drapes don't completely close, tears on sofa
Horrible experience with my room, dirty and old AC unit. The owner should not put this unit on AirBnB, busted microwave, rusting stove, no smoke alarms, sofa, beds, mattress, pillows, etc. was dirty to the point we were ready to end our vacation. Had to pay 100 dollars for new pillows that we needed to sleep. Disgusting place I would not allow my dog to stay in. Only good thing it had a million dollar view. That is it.
