Harold was outstanding. We had an amazing trip and he planned it all! From my initial call with him, he listened carefully to our needs for our 3-generation trip (my parents, husband, and our two young kids), and developed an itinerary that exceeded our expectations. A few weeks out, we decided to throw one more excusion into the mix, and he seamlessly adapted the itenerary. Every vendor he picked was prompt, easy to communicate with, and reliable. When one hotel had a service issue, Harold and his team helped advocate on our behalf to address the issue. I am already looking at other anywhere.com locations to plan our next Thanksgiving trip! I cannot recommend Harold highly enough.

HAROLD was a total gem when helping my friend plan our girls trip in Costa Rica. His response time was typically less than 2 hrs during his work day. Many of the questions my friend asked was partially because of me and my fear of heights. LOL! But Harold handled each question with care and patience. We completed the following excursions: suspension bridges, butterfly tour, ATV ride, hiking along Arenal volcano, and the hot springs followed by dinner at the resort. We highly recommend Anywhere Tours when visiting CR. The customer service is top notch!

Jessica did an absolutely impeccable job planning my husband and my first trip to Costa Rica! We gave her quite the list of things we wanted to do and she managed to fit all of it in! We never had to worry about how we were getting anywhere or buying tickets or anything. Vacation from the time we landed at the airport til the time we flew home was 100% taken care of and boy did that take a load off of us. Definitely recommend them if you're needing help planning a trip!
