Great local gym, has everything you need in good quality. Full weights, all machines, treadmills/stairmaster. Day pass came out to $6

Completely capable gym in a vacation town. The views out of the panoramic windows were gorgeous. It's open air for the most part, so in the afternoon I bet it turns into a sweat box but when I went from 6-9 AM for the week I stayed it was nice. The gym isn't huge so it gets crowded pretty quick if you don't go early. So either go early or be ok with less personal space and waiting on equipment. 1 actual squat rack, a couple flat benches and an incline with plenty of 20/25kg plates. Assorted dumbbells ranging from 2.5 kg up to 45 kg. The up stairs is more open for plyometrics and cardio. The only draw back is the small size, but it's downtown and has a killer view. 3,000 colones per day or 10,000 for a week pass.

Decent and inexpensive! Beautiful views of the Arenal volcano and the town of La Fortuna. Just the worst hours I've ever experienced in the 40 years I've been working out. I would love my money back! Joining was a total waste of time and money
