Arenal Rafting

The BEST! And well worth every penny. A rather thrilling ride on the Sarapiqui River. Arenal Rafting had it down to the smallest detail. They really focused on safety and I have to give them credit because this is not a gentle or easy ride. But i felt extremely safe. They also provided offer and juice before the start of the trip, fresh fruits during the break on the river and lunch. Plus water and towels and a place to change into dry clothes after the trip. And many action photos of your group in the raft for a very reasonable price. If you want an absolutely thrilling Costa Rican adventure do this.

Super positive experience with this company. From the moment we arrived, everything was straightforward and easy. Coffee, water, juice while you wait for your shuttle. Plenty of seating while you watch a short instructional video. Nice shuttle buses to the river and wonderful, funny guides for the ride. They inform you pretty much the whole way for those who may be nervous and what to expect. Safety was paramount and we saw their whole team in action when one raft flipped over shortly after launch. Their group effort was impressive in making sure no one was injured. The ride itself was super exciting as we did a level 3/4. Our guide was fun and again safety was key. We saw plenty of animals along the way and enjoyed both the short break with fresh fruit mid way on a little island break and the delicous lunch served to us back at the company. It was actually very tasty and filling. Their photo package is more than reasonable especially when shared between the group. Great funny guides, super fun safe experience and even though we're the tourist and they deal with us every single day, they seemed to genuinely care and enjoy their time with us. Absolutely would join them again, we would have gone again the next day if we did not have to leave. Also they provided towels for you to dry off at the end site and for the bus ride which was very nice as well!

Really good experience. The personal, the guide. The only concern will be to try to maintain better their bath, vehicles and locations. Lucy included and the stop in the middle of the river to get fresh fruit and take a break before keep going. Nice rafting, we enjoyed all day.
