Christian is the reason these clean cabins in a safe, gated community near La Fortuna stick with guests. He welcomes late arrivals with coconuts and snacks—seasonal fruit, yuca chips, chocolate—and puts out bird food around 7am so colorful birds gather in the garden right outside your door. He's shown guests howler monkeys nearby and knows the locals for whatever activity you're after.

Christian is a great host. Super easy to find this place. As soon as we entered in cabin, delicious variety of seasonal fruit (coconut, mango, bananas) and local yuca chips and chocolates were ready for us to dive into it haha. Christian put bird food out every morning around 7, so it’s a best time to catch variety of birds. He knows locals so ask him for any suggestions like any activities and he can suggest you to the best places. Super friendly host and super safe place in gated community.
The cabins are beautiful and very clean, Christian is an adorable host. Christian made himself available for us as we arrived a bit late and welcomed us with snacks and coconuts! In the morning you can see colorful birds as Christian put some fruits for them in the garden in front of the cabin. I would definitely recommend everyone to stay there and I will come back for sure!
We were in awe of the place and the amazing person our host Christian was. Please stay at this place and you will not regret it. One of the days during our stay Christian showed us howler monkeys in the tree near by, right outside the cottage.
