This spa is fantastic!! I have had many massages and spa treatments over the years, and this place tops them all. Johana and her staff are experienced therapists, and provide excellent treatments. I had a 1 hour massage, coffee scrub and anti-aging facial. The products used are wonderful also. I love that her spa provides privacy, which is not the case with all spas in Costa Rica. I highly recommend. You will not be disappointed. -Jane-

I really don't understand why this place has good reviews, the girls were nice. But I was cold and it was more fast rubbing of the skin than a deep tissue massage for my boyfriend and i got the Swedish pretty much same thing. I still had to work on his back when we got back to the hotel. More expensive than the local places. I kept getting my skin pinched and scratched when she was doing near my chest and neck. If anyone's ever visiting Calgary I know an amazing massage therapist. I literally can not find one better than him. Update: The owner reached out to me on WhatsApp. Offered to give me back my money to get this review removed. I won't be removing this and I recommend other people to leave honest reviews. The owner, I recommend you go back to school or watch some YouTube videos on how to improve your massage skills. She was polite until I left this review. Constructive criticism isn't taken to well in Costa Rica. 2nd Update: I'd like to correct that you offered the refund and requested me to take this review down. Even asking you to adjust the way you were doing the massage wasn't going to change it. I've been to Hawaii and got incredible massages there and in Calgary, 15 years of experience doesn't matter. Even after adjusting the temperature it was still freezing in there. You're only being professional about it now because this is public, over WhatsApp you weren't. We leave tips because it's the polite thing to do, you still put the work in and took time out of your day to do so, thank you for that. Agree to disagree on the rest, best of luck to you guys.
