Chicharronera Bar Restaurante Fuego y Sabor

Absolutely amazing experience. We loved the service and food. We were offered a Guara Chili and it was very tasty. Must try costa rican specialty. We had the chicharron de casa, hamburguesa, soda and garlic shrimp. The sides were all very good as well. We had to get our food packed up as there was such big portions. Will definitely eat here again! Delicious.

We found a little hidden gem while walking back to our hotel after our chocolate tour. Chicharronera Bar Restaurante has great-tasting food at very reasonable prices. We ordered the churrasco and the chicharrón, and both plates were equally delicious—my husband and I ended up splitting both dishes because they were just that good. Our server was very friendly and made a killer sangria. If we ever make it back to La Fortuna, we can only hope they’re still in business so we can enjoy dinner there again.

We just ate here and had an amazing experience! We came to La fortuna in October and they unfortunately were closed that visit. But we were excited to get to try it tonight! The place is adorable, the whole family were extremely friendly and kind. We have ate at many sodas here and this one is our favorite! The food was amazing, such good prices too! We will be going again before we leave!
