Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I want to specifically recognize Gerardo from Enterprise, La Fortuna for his exceptional professionalism, dedication, and kindness. Our rental car was originally picked up in San José, not from the local area where the incident occurred. Late in the evening, well after business hours, the vehicle died and completely locked itself, making it inaccessible through both the key fob and the mechanical key. We were stranded in a quiet, secluded area, far from the rental location, and unsure how to move forward. Despite the distance and the timing, Gerardo did not hesitate to help. He personally traveled to our location, assessed the situation calmly, manually unlocked the vehicle, and revived the car so we could safely continue our journey. His technical knowledge and composed approach made a stressful situation feel manageable. What made this even more remarkable was that Gerardo was accompanied by his family, who were kind enough to support him while he helped us. That level of personal commitment is rare and deeply appreciated. It spoke volumes about his character and willingness to go above and beyond for customers. Gerardo’s actions reflect the very best of Enterprise — professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for people.
