I actually booked a couple of trips with Carla I usually book trips myself but in La Fortuna when travelling solo it can be tricky as you have to go back and forth directly hoping for a space, as they insist on 2 people online Carla took control saving me from this and managed to get me kayaking on Lake Arenal, something I'd tried to do for years. I also got a last minute spot on Christmas Day Caño Negro boat trip Both tours were fab Carla is probably one of the nicest, friendliest and genuine people you can find, she was so helpful and even followed up with me after my trips to see how they went She'll be booking my next trips for sure!

10/10 recommend! Best place to book your tours in La Fortuna area. I booked 4 tours (Horseback riding, sloth, Cano Negro and coffee/cocoa/sugarcane tour) with Carla and she was super friendly and helpful. All the tours were so much fun, included transportation, price was so reasonable and will definitely recommend to anyone visiting this area.

Perfect way to experience La Fortuna! Karla gave us exceptional service! Trying to plan the long list of activities my kids and I wanted to do in only three days, felt overwhelming to do on my own. We actually wasted a full day upon our arrival due to a lack of a solidified plan. Karla was a savior and had great recommendations, not only of which activities to prioritize, but also how to best maximize our days. She customized our packages so that we could do all of things on our wishlist in the limited time that we had. I realize that booking agents probably get paid on commission, but I really felt like Karla’s primary concern was making sure we chose the right itinerary to have the best experience possible. She spent a lot of time going over our options and gave us great advice about what activities were best to do on our own instead of through a tour. Her customer experience was exceptional even after we booked. She followed up with messages each day to insure that we had everything we needed and didn’t miss a thing.
