About
The go-to booking here is the full-day combo—Arenal Volcano hike, Mistico Park's hanging bridges, and the La Fortuna Waterfall's 500-plus steps—with hotel pickup, a casado lunch, and wildlife like sloths, monkeys, and poison-dart frogs spotted along the trails. Guides such as Chino (the self-styled 'paparazzi'), Bryan, and Juan Carlos double as photographers, sharing the day's photos at the end. It's a lot of walking, well organized.

We had a great tour of the Arenal Volcano, Mistico Park’s hanging bridges and the La Fortuna Waterfall. Chino was our guide and he was informative and patient. My son took extra time during the Arenal Volcano hike and he made sure to allow us extra time to catch up. He is also very experienced photographer and called himself the paparazzi. He had plenty of spots to stop at and took awesome photos of my family and I. At the end of the day he shared all of his photos and videos with the group. This tour does require a lot of walking and the hike around the volcano is steep and rocky.I highly recommend this tour because you get to see a different perspective of this area of Costa Rica. If you’re lucky to get Chino, it’s even better!
We had a wonderful morning touring the Mistico park with the hanging bridges, the La Fortuna Waterfall, and lunch included with our tour. We were conveniently picked up and dropped off at our hotel, and because we went in October (the rainy season), the crowds were non-existent. Also, it only rained in the afternoons during our trip, so the weather during our tour was perfect. Our guide, Bryan, was very knowledgeable and patient with my Spanish that I hadn't used in years. At the Arenal Mistico park, we saw many different and interesting plants and animals as we walked through the easy paths and over the impressive bridges throughout the park. We saw a sloth from a distance and monkeys in the trees as well as up close and personal. We saw ants, bees, frogs, snakes, birds, huge trees and delicate flowers. We went to the La Fortuna Waterfall where we hiked down 500 steps and were able to go into the pool at the base of the falls. It was very impressive. When that was all done, the lunch provided was tasty and filling.
Today we did a volcano, hike, hanging bridges, and the waterfall all in one day tour. Though it was a very busy and lots of exercise type of day -it was beautiful. We had the best time everything was well organized, and as advertise on Tripadviser. Pablo was our tour guide and did a great job.
