Rooms were very hot. We were in the full sun with no ac and no fan. The rooms were extremely loud. We could hear everything and were up with the sun at 5am. Also. Some guests got free breakfast but not our group. $30 next door for breakfast. Staff were rude when asked. Bathroom was outside of the room Could walk to some restaurants
The hotel is perfectly located, close to everything La Fortuna has to offer. The Staff is amazing and they offer free breakfast, wish is amazing! just got back a few days ago and im already trying to book again. Already miss you guys!
So relaxed after my stay at Hotel Arenal Rabfer. The staff, Fernando and Fernanda, were so helpful with all my questions and booking tours. A great location for walking to town and felt really safe and quiet. Loved the pool and the delicious breakfast. Room was spacious and clean.
