At the quiet eastern end of La Fortuna, about a 15-minute walk from the center, this small hotel wins people over with its garden setting, a pond with ducks and fish, a covered outdoor pool, and birds, butterflies and iguanas passing through. Breakfast is served outdoors and gets high marks, with some calling the coffee the best they had in Costa Rica. Staff are warm and there's safe parking; in-room storage is minimal.

What a find! A delightful place to stay in Arenal, off the busy ‘strip’ but a very short walk to a number of restaurants and a supermarket. The staff were all lovely, the setting for breakfast amazing (best coffee we have had in Costa Rica, too). I am so pleased we chose to stay here!
WOW! We are staying 4 nights and so lucky to have chosen this hotel. The setting is fantastic, lovely and so relaxing especially the gardens, river, pond with ducks and the refreshing covered outdoor pool. Staff Marinela & Elena are very kind, helpful and efficient. Our room is spacious but minimal storage space. Lots of free parking and safe. Delicious outdoor breakfast by Karina and Cristina. A short drive to the town center. Highly recommended!
Super nice, small hotel with friendly atmosphere! The staff was very welcoming and always helped us with every question we had. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was great. You can choose between the typical costarican breakfast and a continental one. The hotel has a nice garden area where you can spot various bird species, butterflies and iguanas. The hotel is located at the eastern end of the town. It takes approximately 15 to walk to the city center.
