Hotel Nativo Arenal

We stayed here for 3 nights. Our room was huge. Kitchen with all the facilities needed, big bathroom, the AC worked great, lots of parking there, comfortable bed, and also there was a closet in our room The stuff were so sweet, also helped us to find attractions near by. The location was the best, in a quite place, with a supermarket in front of the hotel, but still 5 minutes walk from the main street. Only one thing - no hot water in the shower Still highly recommended

The cleanest, safest, and most central place you can stay in the La Fortuna/Arenal area. Right in the center, with restaurants, cafés, markets, bars, and the tourist office—everything you need is within reach. Tourist spots are just a maximum 10-minute Uber ride away, very cheap. I researched a lot, and I’m so glad I chose this place. I didn’t go for a hot spring or a scenic view property because you’re out all day anyway and hot river is more clean and free. If you want a room that is meticulously cleaned and a brand-new hotel, this is perfect. The owner helps with everything without expecting anything in return—a truly kind-hearted person I met during my Costa Rica trip.

We just dropped by and asked for a room. We got the one on the corner facing the supermarket Kris. Nayuribe is a fantastic host! She did al she can to help us out. The hotel is about 5 minutes walk from the centre of la Fortuna. There is cooking gear: elektric stove, pot and pans, so we made our own breakfast and dinner. Shower is warm to hot. You can adapt this yourself. The beds are brand-new and comfortable, everything is brand-new. About 15 minutes walk to el Salto. Highly recommendable.
