A deli near the park turning out sandwiches, smoothies, and pastries baked fresh daily, with a few seats that catch views of the volcano. Regulars go for the shredded-meat sandwich and the Volcano smoothie. Prices sit on the higher side and it can get warm inside, so many grab their order to go.

We heard great things about this place so we stopped by today on the way out of town. Restaurant was so so hot. We decided to take out and eat in our car. We showed up at 11 and they didnt have the bread that goes with the sandwiches my husband and I ordered so we told them regular white bread was okay. Unfortunately my bread was way to dry. Wish I would have asked for a bun that my daughter's sandwich came in. Sandwiches were all delicious 😋 but we found them expensive. 3 sandwiches and 2 coke zero and 1 freska was like over $60 canadian.
A wonderful Deli located near the Arenal backpackers resort offering deli style sandwiches, breakfast, smoothies, coffee, and homemade pastries. We had the delicious vegan sandwich coffee with almond milk and two smoothies. Fabulous. The Smurf grumpy, and the volcano surprise. Offer sitting with views of the volcano. Bread and pastries baked fresh daily.
A wonderful deli only 2 blocks from the park. I had an amazing shredded meat sandwich with a Volcano smoothie. They also sell baked goods that were delicious. Definitely will go back
