Unfortunately they ripped big holes into two of my shirts. This can happen (albeit shouldn’t of course), but what really disappointed me is the fact that they handed me the bag with the clothes over without saying a word and I noticed too late when I was back in the hotel and couldn’t confront them about it. I still paid full price and got no refund, let alone was offered a damage repair. I highly recommend you check all your clothes right away after being handed over.

Actually they have very good service. It was first time to use laundry service in foreign country. One YouTuber used here so I came to try. I got really soaked by rain so I used their service two times and both times the quality was really great. They were very kind family. I really appreciate their service.

Just brilliant. Arrived with a very stinky bag, 3.1 kg, 4 hours later voila, clean bag of clothes spelling lovely. Only 7800 too 🙂
