A quiet, non-party hostel tucked against the jungle at the back of La Fortuna, with a stream running through the property and everything a five-to-ten-minute walk away. Beds have full privacy curtains, the showers run properly hot, and it reads as notably female-friendly. Lights and kitchen shut early, so it draws travelers after calm and good company over a late night out.

Great service and incredable vibes. Everyone was respectful and peaceful. There are hot showers, and a safe/secure location by a river. There is someone friendly to help out at the front desk all day.
My favorite hostel in La Fortuna. tucked away nicely in the back of the city against the jungle, you experience quiet serene living with a beautiful stream running through the property. Everything is 5-10min walk, the showers are very hot, the beds are comfortable with full privacy curtains, and a good kitchen to cook your own meals. My only recommendations would be to modify the common area by closing the ping pong table, reducing the giant shelving unit by half the depth so the space can flow much more and have significant more space. All in all, this is a the perfect quiet hostel for those traveling on a budget and looking for good people who don’t party! Also a very female friendly hostel.
Some of the best Yoga, Breathwork, Kundalini teachers. And the open air studio right on the beach tucked behind the shrubs. Truly good vibes!
