Good variety of products, and helpful staff. The location was also really convenient since I was staying 270 meters away from this store. Everything in this area costs more because it’s a tourist area. Asked for my receipt to get a better sense of the costs at this store, and the most outrageous one for me was the $16 price tag for insect repellent. It’s usually between $6-10. Overall, if you need some goods while you’re in town, it’s a good store, but expect to pay more for the same goods that are 1/3 the cost in San Jose.

Have a little of everything from washer detergent (which we bought and needed) to fresh fruits, eggs, meat,etc. A bit pricy then expected, but this whole area is tourist hot spot and nearby restaurants reflect that as well, so honestly its as good as it gets. Bread selection is a bit lacking though as there weren't any sliced bread when I was there. But cold drinks, yogurt, alcohol, etc is fully stocked and easy to checkout via tap to pay CC to avoid card scamming.

The best market in La Fortuna. Found everything I was looking for and even more, it’s clean and well organized. Plus, prices are good!
