Newly built vacation homes in a gated community near downtown La Fortuna, each with a private hot tub, a full kitchen, AC, and TVs in the rooms, plus private parking and self-service laundry. They sit next door to Soda Rodriguez, a favorite local restaurant, and close to the volcano and hanging bridges. The hosts are responsive to any small request.

Great and cozy place to stay! When I come to fortuna I would definitely come stay here. It’s quiet and one parking spot included. Close by to many tourist areas.
These are beautiful vacation homes. The home are newly built and furniture/decorations are so cute and artfully designed. The homes come with private hot tubs, a full kitchen, and air conditioning, TVs in each room, private parking and gated. This private community comes with self-service laundry and dryer. I am really impressed with the excellent service from the hosts. The home location is amazing and close to the volcano and hanging bridges. Highly recommend staying here for a 5 star experience!
Stayed here for almost a week, very nice place and no real complaints. The staff was very responsive and helpful to any small issues or requests. It's a short walk to the main strip and they're next door to what would become my favourite soda/restaurant in the area Soda Rodriguez (great food and atmosphere!)
