We loved it so much we went back 3 TIMES. The staff is amazing (shout out Emmanuel). The food is sooo delicious! Soooo worth the visit! Our favorites: the ceviche mixto & the churrasco!
Restaurant Typica in La Fortuna was an excellent choice and did not disappoint at all. The service was outstanding, very attentive and genuinely friendly. The mixed ceviche was incredibly good and came in a large, satisfying portion. The watermelon fruit juice was amazing and very refreshing. This restaurant was recommended to us by our hotel (Arenal Rustic Lodge), and it fully lived up to the recommendation. It offers great local food at reasonable prices, and everything felt authentic and well prepared. Highly recommended if you’re in La Fortuna and looking for quality local cuisine with great service.
Very clean and friendly restaurant. We wanted some smoothies and they had them. My friend had a salad and I had the chicken (safe bet). My friend said the bathrooms were modern and cleaner than our pricey hotel. Good selection of food, drinks and desserts. The view of the plaza and the mountain is nice.
