Yoga & Therapy Espacio Intuitivo

My experience with Karla was excellent. She is a wonderful yoga teacher. The place where the class takes place is trully a gem. During class, you can feel the wind and the sounds of the jungle. There are stunning views of the trees, the birds and the horizon. I am told sometimes sloths show up. The jungle yoga tour was also pretty neat! We practiced yoga across from a cascade and went inside to freshen up after class. We saw blue butterflies fly across. Overall a truly wonderful time!

Karla was absolutely incredible. I’ve group was not all that experienced in yoga but she made it super enjoyable, taught us a lot in a short time. We also had a wonderful conversation about our intentions for the new year. All in the gorgeous forest. There couldn’t have been a better way to start the year. It was perfect

My partner and I did the full jungle yoga experience with Karla, and it was honestly one of the best things we’ve ever done. She picked us up, walked us through the jungle, we did yoga surrounded by nature, a beautiful meditation, oracle cards, and a sound bath. Both of us agreed this alone was worth the entire trip. We skipped the usual tourist stuff like rafting, the waterfall, and the hanging bridges and still, if you came to Costa Rica just for this experience, you’d leave completely satisfied. It was unforgettable. Afterwards, she took us to a local spot for lunch a real hidden gem and the food was incredible. Thank you Karla!
