Best car rental experience! The gentlemen working there spoke great English, explained everything clearly to us, and gave us a free upgrade to an SUV. We were late coming back and he waited for us even though the location was already closed. He even drove us to the pier as he knew we were running late. We cannot thank him enough. Highly recommend this place!!

Very easy to reserve, early checkin and get moving when it was time to rent. Pricing is clear and direct. Drop off went just as smooth. Will be back for another rental!

We picked up a 2 day SUV rental in Puntarenas and dropped it off at our Hampton by Hilton Guanacaste Airport hotel. The staff at both locations were fabulous and spoke perfect English. They truly live "Pura Vida" and were fabulous to work with. I would rent from them again. Note: I am still waiting for my $500 USD safety deposit to clear by Alamo HQ.
