Alamo Rent-A-Car

Never delivered our car as scheduled and reconfirmed. Then they close the office at 5 and the number they gave nobody answers

We had the best experience with Alamo at pez vela marina in quepos! Francine was very nice and helpful when we picked the car up. When leaving we had to catch an early flight . She told us to just leave it at the airport and they would come and get it. Later that afternoon she called us to make sure everything went smooth and we had a good experience. Highly recommended!

Reservation without prepayment. At the time of pick-up, there was no one at the Marina office, but we called and in less than ten minutes they arrived with a much better car than the one we had booked, maintaining the same price. Thanks to its 4x4, we were able to go to beaches we wouldn't have been able to access. The personal service was excellent, as they even took me back to the hotel where I was staying.
