About
A small boutique hotel of about 15 rooms wrapped in trees and tropical plants, a couple of blocks off the main street so it stays quiet but walkable to the beach and shops. Guests rave about the breakfast, cooked fresh to order each morning -- several called it the best food of their week. Porches with hammocks make it an easy place to slow down.

We loved our time at Arco Iris. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was delicious- some of the best food we had all week. The hotel is an easy walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Tamarindo is a very busy area but when at the hotel it seems miles away.
Hotel is clean, staff is very friendly, location is close to the action but tucked away off the main street so it’s quiet. Would definitely stay on a future visit. Everything in town is a walkable distance.
We stayed here 5 nights and really loved it. It’s close to centre of town but is like a small oasis due to its design with lots of trees and plants. The rooms were comfortable with lovely toiletries in bathroom. The staff were so friendly and chatty. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was delicious every day - freshly cooked to order. The little pool was great and we enjoyed the small lounge/restaurant area to sit in and play games. It was lovely to be in a smaller hotel - there are only 15 rooms. We had seats outside our rooms and space to dry clothes and towels outside our room which was ideal.
