Popular outings include the La Leona waterfall hike with lunch and hot springs and the sunset catamaran, with on-time pickups and fair prices. Stop by the office to meet Miller the puppy.

Blue Jay Experiences coordinated our excursion to La Leona Falls. It was an amazing experience and a perfect day! Ivonne and Marco were both professional, helpful and patient. They explained all details of the excursion.The outing included a hardy and delicious lunch.The pick up from our VRBO in Tamarindo was on time. The price point was highly competitive and reasonable. If you have time, go into the Blue Jay office and hopefully you will meet Miller the puppy, he is the only one wearing a tie (millerthepuppy on instagram).
Blue Jay Experiences is the best place to go for any questions or booking in Tamarindo. I went with my girlfriend’s family and we did two different excursions through Marco and his team this year, and last year we did a couple as well. Both years were exceptional and we had no problems at all. Marco was the best help in describing and guiding us to the best thing for our family to do. Simply one of the nicest guys!
I bumped in to Marco downtown while trying to find my rental car office - which had closed up and moved entirely. He heard my question, took out his cell phone, and spent a solid ten minutes calling around and sorted my situation out for me. Whatever business this guy runs or owns, please jump in and choose him. We will when we come back to Tamarindo, we're super appreciative.
