I am very disappointed with my experience with Yanina, our real estate agent. She was arrogant and did not take into account our expectations as buyers. Despite the fact that we were paying the commission, she prioritized signing and protecting her own interests over those of the sellers. The sale did not go through, and when she called me, she had the audacity to say it was my fault that the buyers backed out. Additionally, she decided to remove the listing, no longer wanting to sell the property. A disappointing experience that does not reflect the service one expects from a real estate professional.--
